How to refer leads to your referral partners ensuring that they are recognised

Important: To ensure your referrals are counted correctly, referrals must be submitted using method(s) outlined below.

  

For Ray White agents and property managers sending finance leads to Loan Market advisers

You can refer through MyDesktop or Connect Leads Manager. Agent Toolbox is not available.

MyDesktop

  1. Login to MyDesktop
  2. Open a Contact and click on the “ Loan Market” button
  3. Select the broker to whom you want to refer.
  4. Provide some notes on the referral, confirm that your client has opted in and knows they will be contacted by a Broker and click Refer to Loan Market.
  5. Referral will be delivered to the broker directly into their Connect Leads Manager system

For Ray White agents and property managers sending finance leads to Loan Market advisers

  1. Text, email or phone through leads to an adviser.
  2. The adviser will record the lead/s.
  3. This data is then sent through to Nicolette Livingston from Loan Market at the end of each month to record.

Database swapping

Database swapping will not count as referrals as it is not in the spirit of the competition. Audits of leads are conducted and will take place in the event that multiple/bulk referrals are sent through.
